Refund policy

At FootballMart, we aim to deliver the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from FootballMart, you agree to the terms below.

1) Returns & Exchanges

Most FootballMart products are made-to-order / customized (printed or prepared after you place the order). Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Color difference due to screen/lighting variation
  • Personal preference after delivery

However, we do support returns/replacements/exchanges in the following cases:

✅ Damaged product received
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Manufacturing / print defect

2) Return/Replacement/Exchange Request Time Limit

To be eligible, you must raise a request within:

  • 48 hours of delivery

Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3) How to Raise a Return/Replacement/Exchange Request

  • Email us at: footballmart2021@gmail.com or call +91 90044 15784 with:
  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (unboxing video is recommended for damage claims)
  • Description of the problem
  • Our team will review and respond within 1–3 business days.

4) Conditions for Approval

Return/Replacement/Exchange will be approved only if:

  • The issue is clearly visible in photos/videos 
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (where applicable) Tags/packaging (if any) are intact

Note: Minor variation in print shade/position may occur due to the printing process and does not qualify as a defect.

5) Replacement / Exchange Process

If approved, FootballMart will: 

  • Send a replacement product (same item/design) or
  • Offer an exchange (if applicable) or
  • Offer a refund/store credit if replacement is not possible (stock/design issue)

Replacement/exchange timelines depend on product type and delivery location.

6) Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • Replacement/exchange is not possible, or
  • We confirm the order cannot be fulfilled after payment

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7) Return / Exchange Shipping Charges (₹199 Applicable)

  • Return and Exchange charges of ₹199 will be applicable for approved return/exchange requests.
  • Return pickup is available only in select locations and depends on courier serviceability.
  • If return pickup is not available in your location or due to any circumstance we cannot arrange pickup, the customer must contact us and self-ship the parcel to our given return address (shared by our team after approval).The product must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Important:

  • The ₹199 charge covers return logistics/handling and will be adjusted as per the case (pickup or self-shipping).
  • If the return/exchange is approved due to FootballMart’s error (wrong product delivered / confirmed manufacturing defect / verified damage), support will be provided as per approval and the charges may be waived or adjusted.

8) Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production/printing starts.
Once the order is in processing/production, cancellation may not be possible.
