FootballMart (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1) Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed and packed after confirmation.
  • Dispatch time: Orders are usually dispatched within up to 7 days (may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays).

3) Shipping Charges (Domestic)

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout and may depend on order value, weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • COD orders (if available) may include an additional cash handling fee, shown at checkout.

4) Tracking Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/ID to track shipment progress.

5) Estimated Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)

Delivery timelines may vary by location and courier network conditions:

  • Typical domestic transit time is around 4–7 days after dispatch.
  • Delays can occur due to weather, regional restrictions, operational issues, or courier delays.

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch only.

7) Cash on Delivery (If Available)

  • For COD orders, our support team/courier partner may contact you for confirmation.
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery before handing over the parcel.

8) Damaged Package / Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is received in damaged condition, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier partner:

9) Return to Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If a package is undelivered (e.g., wrong address, repeated delivery failure) and is returned to origin by the courier:

  • Re-shipping can be done after we receive the returned parcel.
  • Address updates can be done before re-shipping.
  • Eligibility for refund/re-shipment may be decided case-by-case based on courier status and order condition.

10) Duties & Taxes

  • Prices shown generally include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • If any additional fees apply, they will be displayed at checkout.
